Kim Magyar’s practice is concentrated in alternative dispute resolution, labor and employment litigation and product liability defense.

Her labor and employment practice is focused primarily on the defense of claims of employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, breach of contract and related matters, including the enforcement of restrictive covenants.  Kim also regularly counsels and advises employers on labor and employment issues, and drafts employee handbooks and policies on topics such as e-mail, internet, and social media/networking use.  Her product liability practice is focused primarily on the defense of consumer, automotive and asbestos products concerning design, manufacture and warnings defect claims.  

Kim advises and represents clients at trial, arbitration and mediation, in various jurisdictions and in both state and federal courts, as well as before state and federal agencies, including the Arizona Civil Rights Division, the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the United States Department of Labor.
